Job Context:
Miaki is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CVM Application Engineer to join our growing tech-driven team. This role is vital for ensuring flawless end-to-end campaign execution, system stability, and management of operational tools and data processes within the Customer Value Management (CVM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset, hands-on telecom experience, and a proactive approach to optimizing campaign delivery and automation.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Ensure proper campaign execution across the CVM platform

  • Support the business team in implementing new campaigns, segmentations, and offer logics

  • Execute customer triggers, segment refreshes, and lifecycle journeys in a timely and error-free manner

Platform & System Management

  • Monitor the health and performance of campaign management systems and related tools

  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution, system upgrades, deployments, or integrations

  • Manage user access controls, logs, and automation scripts for the CVM platform

  • Address and mitigate any information security observations

Data Handling & Reporting

  • Process and validate daily customer profile data, triggers, and usage data from DWH, CRM, or Kafka-based systems

  • Conduct regular platform health and sanity checks, including Level 2 investigations

  • Support midnight maintenance activities and ensure proper ETL execution

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Translate business logic into technical workflows by working closely with CVM planning and analytics teams

  • Coordinate with BI, IT, and Customer Care teams for issue resolution

  • Support regulatory and audit-related requests concerning campaign data and communication logs


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in telecom, CVM operations, or campaign management platforms

  • Solid understanding of campaign execution, customer segmentation, ETL processes, and trigger handling

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Linux systems, and shell scripting

  • Experience with campaign platforms such as Pelatro, Unica, or Adobe Campaign (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with data flow from systems like DWH/CRM/Kafka

  • Hands-on exposure to automation and scheduling tools

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle late-night maintenance activities as needed


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical experience in CVM within a telecom environment

  • Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like IT, BI, and Customer Service
